The troop's April camping trip was backpacking along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Towpath Trail. We hiked about eight miles on Saturday. Some of the scouts had to push themselves to get through, but everyone successfully completed the hike, with all of their gear carried on their backs.

On December 4, 2021 Nicholas Richard and Troop 613 spent the afternoon at The Therapeutic & Recreational Riding Center, Inc. in Glenwood, Maryland. 

On July 17, 2021 Elijah W. and Troop 613 spent the morning at The Therapeutic & Recreational Riding Center, Inc. in Glenwood, Maryland. 

After a covid forced hiatus from camping .. THE BAND IS BACK TOGETHER.  The scouts enjoyed a safe, fun and successful summer camp.  In total the scouts earned a combined total of 18 merit badges and a slew of requirements aimed at advancement.  Please check out the photos for more pictures.  Don't fret even more pictures are on the way.

This year the Troop went to Henson Scout Reservation in Rhodesdale, MD. Eight scouts and three adults spent the week of July 15 through the 19 enjoying a productive week of scouting.

All scouts came home with new merit badges.

The 2019 trip to Assateague was blessed with wonderful weather. There were several wild hourse sightings. The highlight of the campfire was a United States Flag retirement ceremony.
